What we collect and why

Callback form. If you use the "Request a callback" form we collect your name, phone number, vehicle and location, and any message you add. This is used only to call you back about that enquiry, on the basis that it is necessary to respond to a request you have made to us. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form processing service, which handles the submission and briefly stores a copy of it. Formspree's own privacy policy covers how they handle that data.

Calling or emailing us directly. If you call or email, we see your number or address and whatever you tell us, used only to deal with your enquiry or job.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Cookies

Your cookie choice. When you choose "Accept all" or "Necessary only" on the cookie banner, we remember that choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. This isn't itself a tracking cookie, it just stores your preference on your own device.

Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept cookies we use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages are visited and roughly how, such as pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and which button or form you used. This helps us understand what is working on the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this, and data is processed by Google under their own privacy terms. It is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, generally no more than 14 months, then deleted automatically.

Nothing is tracked and no analytics cookies are set until you actively accept them. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page.

Other services this site uses

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the cookie consent banner and analytics run through Google's tag (gtag.js). Both connect to Google's servers when the page loads. Google's own privacy policy covers what they do with that connection.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email or call us and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
